These terms govern reservations and bookings made through this website for The Royal Luxe ("the Hotel"). By making a reservation you agree to them.

1. Reservations and confirmation

  • A reservation (pay at hotel) places your rooms on hold. It becomes a confirmed booking only when the Hotel contacts you on the mobile number you provided and confirms it. Unconfirmed holds may be released.
  • A paid booking is confirmed immediately once your online payment is verified. Your booking reference and payment id are your proof of booking.
  • Rates shown are per room per night for the selected meal plan, in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, where charged, are shown before you pay.

2. Payment and advance

  • Booking requires an advance payment of 50% of the stay total, paid online. The remaining balance is payable at the Hotel at check-in.
  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay. The Hotel does not see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

3. Cancellation and refunds

  • A confirmed booking cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date is refunded in full.
  • Cancelled between 14 and 29 days before check-in: a fee equal to 50% of the accommodation charge applies.
  • Cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, or a no-show: the entire amount is retained.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. To cancel, contact the Hotel with your booking reference.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests, as per Indian law.

5. Occupancy and conduct

  • Room occupancy must not exceed the capacity booked (including extra beds).
  • The Hotel may refuse or terminate a stay, without refund, for unlawful behaviour or conduct that endangers staff, guests, or property.

6. Liability

The Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guest belongings except as required by law, nor for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). The Hotel's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned.

7. Changes to these terms

The Hotel may update these terms; the version published at the time of your booking applies to it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the Hotel's location have jurisdiction.
