This policy explains what this website (The Royal Luxe) collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Guests making a reservation: your name, mobile number, email address, city (optional), and the details of your stay.
• Registered travel agencies: the email and mobile number you enter are checked against the agency record we already hold; a one-time code is sent to the registered mobile to verify it is you.
• Payments: processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive only the payment reference and amount — never your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Why we collect it

• To hold and confirm your reservation, and to contact you about it on the mobile number and email you gave.
• To verify registered agencies before showing contracted rates.
• To keep the accounting records a hotel is required to keep.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
• We do not store payment credentials — Razorpay handles the transaction on its own secure systems.

Sharing

Your details are shared only with: the hotel fulfilling your booking; Razorpay, to process a payment you initiate; and authorities where the law requires it (for example, guest registers under Indian law).

Retention

Booking and payment records are retained as long as accounting and hospitality regulations require. Verification codes expire within minutes and are not stored after use.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your contact details on a booking, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting the hotel with your booking reference.
